Delete data on your device
You can clear local data in the app's My Page or use Android Settings > Apps > BYVE AI > Storage > Clear data. Delete exported .byve files and Google Drive files directly from the storage location where you saved them. On iPhone and iPad, use "Delete all apps and chats" on My Page, or Settings > General > iPhone Storage (iPad Storage) > BYVE AI > Delete App. Delete .byve files saved in the Files app or iCloud Drive, and data remaining in iCloud or computer backups, directly in those locations and settings. On iOS the installation identifier stays in the Keychain and is reused if you reinstall on the same device; you can request deletion of server records through Contact us as described below.
You can request deletion of server records with your installation ID
BYVE AI has no sign-up and no accounts, so stored records cannot be found from an email address alone. To request deletion of server records, please use My Page > Support > Contact us in the app. Your installation ID is filled in automatically, and we will check and help delete the server records linked to that installation. Minimal records that prevent duplicate grants and information that must be kept by law may be excluded. You can delete data on your device directly in the app, and general questions are welcome at mark@bymysidelabs.com.
Server records are deleted automatically
Records needed to process requests are stored against a random installation identifier. Recovery copies of completed results are retained for up to 24 hours; detailed generation request and token activity records are retained for 365 days before scheduled deletion without a separate request. Details updated later by a refund or revocation are also retained for 365 days from that update. Unsettled requests and grant information are safely preserved until settlement is complete. Deleting the details does not expire your remaining tokens. Minimal identifiers to prevent duplicate grants, such as grant and reward transaction identifiers and hashed device identifiers recording the initial free-token grant, are retained separately from the details while the service operates. These records are not anonymous and are not deleted just by clearing device data or uninstalling the app. Other server information follows the individual retention periods in the Privacy Policy. Information that must be retained by law is kept separately and deleted when the required period ends.
