Helpful information
Include your app version, device model and OS version (the Android version, or on iPhone and iPad the iOS or iPadOS version shown in Settings > General > About), the time the problem occurred, steps to reproduce it and screenshots with sensitive information hidden. Do not send API keys, PINs or passwords.
