Terms of Use
Service
BYVE AI generates and edits HTML-based demo apps that run on your device, based on your descriptions. Generated results are MVPs that require review. We do not guarantee that they are complete for a particular purpose or free of errors.
Tokens
You receive 2 free tokens when you first use the service. You can then earn up to 3 tokens through rewarded ads in a rolling 24-hour period. Ads may be temporarily unavailable depending on ad inventory or network conditions. One token is deducted immediately before each app generation or edit. If a server or provider error is confirmed, the token for that request may be refunded automatically. These token terms apply equally to the Android and iOS apps, and tokens are managed separately for each installation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your inputs and for using, storing and sharing generated apps in compliance with applicable laws and app-store policies. Do not rely solely on generated results for important medical, legal or financial decisions.
Changes and interruptions
We may change features or policies, or suspend parts of the service, for safety, legal, provider or operational reasons. Material changes are announced through in-app notices or public pages.
