• The ingredients changed by the same ratio too: flour 350 g, water 227.5 g, salt 7 g, and fresh yeast 1.4 g.

• A “Water ratio” slider appeared. Raising it to 68% changed only the water, to 238 g, with a note saying “The other ingredients don’t change.” Salt 7 g and fresh yeast 1.4 g stayed the same.
• One more change was requested to rename a label at the bottom that still said “Dough yield” to “Water ratio.” The result in the video is the screen after that.
