Make a bake sale sign-up app with one sentence

This example is from the United States ad video. Chloe, who was getting a bake sale ready for the group “Ivy Sisters,” made an app to keep track of who’s bringing what. The group name and people’s names are samples for filming.

First prompt

Bake-sale planner for Ivy Sisters. Add items, who's bringing each, and a cover photo. Save my list. English.
App name
Who's Bringing What?

The app it made

  • Brownies went to Ava, cookies to Mia, and cupcakes to “Me,” and plates and napkins were added with no one assigned, for 5 items in all.
  • A cover photo was added too. The photo is a sample image made for filming.

Change request

Filter Unassigned items. Add Assign all to Me. Keep my data.

After the change

  • The first change request got a reply that the build was canceled, so it was rewritten shorter.
  • Tapping the filter left only the plates and napkins, which no one had taken.
  • Tapping “Assign all to Me” changed both items to “Me,” so all 5 items had someone bringing them.

Try writing it like this for a similar app

  • Make an app to split up what to bring to a get-together. Let me write who’s bringing each item, and show only the ones not decided yet.
  • Let me enter a quantity for each item, and check off what’s been packed.
  • Save the lists separately by event date.

These are sample prompts, not real cases. What you get depends on what you ask for.

How to make it

  1. Type the app you want in one sentence in the box on the home screen.
  2. Answer “Give your app a name.” with the name you want.
  3. From the features BYVE AI suggests, pick only the ones you want.
  4. Tap “Build for 1 token” to build the app, then tap “Open app” to use it right away.
  5. Write what you want to change in the chat, and the same app gets updated. A change also uses 1 token.

Good to know

  • Each new app or change uses 1 token. You get 2 tokens when you first install, and you can get up to 3 more every 24 hours by watching ads. There are no in-app purchases.
  • The apps you make and what you enter are saved on your phone, and apps you’ve already made open without internet. Features that fetch outside information, like weather and maps, need internet.
  • It works on Android 8.0 or later and iOS 17.0 or later, and there’s no sign-up.
