Save, close, and open it again, and the History tab still shows “Saved calculations 2 · Total saved $24.00.” The first entry, saved at $36.00, now also shows $38.52 with tax.

Try writing it like this for a similar app

• Make a discount calculator. When I enter the regular price and discount rate, show the sale price and how much I save.
• When there’s an extra discount on top of a discount, calculate the price after both.
• Save the items I calculate as records and show the total I saved this month.

• The apps you make and what you enter are saved on your phone, and apps you’ve already made open without internet. Features that fetch outside information, like weather and maps, need internet.
• It works on Android 8.0 or later and iOS 17.0 or later, and there’s no sign-up.
